Our Programs

Rapid Rehousing Program

The Rapid Rehousing Program focuses on rehousing individuals and families that have been living on the streets, in vehicles, or at emergency shelters. Together works with Metro Area Continuum of Care for the Homeless (MACCH) and local community partners to ensure the goal of housing stability. This is done through intensive 1:1 case management, financial assistance, and resource navigation support. For registration into the Rapid Rehousing Program, an individual or household must be on our community wide By Name List through the Coordinated Entry Process.

Eligible individuals or households will be provided financial assistance, case management, identification, and assistance in obtaining benefits. These benefits can include: connections to health care, daily living services, personal finance planning, transportation, fiduciary and payee services, legal services, landlord and tenant, childcare, and counseling services for drug and alcohol treatment and mental health.

When enrolled into the program, an individual or household will then speak with their case manager about their specific goals.
