Our Programs

Our Horizons programs help individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability find a path toward safe, stable housing. Through housing problem-solving, prevention, outreach, housing programs, and connections to resources, Together works alongside our neighbors to help them obtain or maintain a place to call home.

Through our Regional Food Access program, Together works to ensure individuals and families have reliable access to nutritious food with dignity and choice. We connect our neighbors to food, resources, and community support because we believe access to healthy food is a fundamental human right.
